Trevor Hart
- Residence Hall Director
Trevor Hart is the Residence Hall Director for Allen and Dawson Halls. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from North Greenville University. Trevor and his wife, Marlee, moved to Waco in 2022, where he pursued a Master of Divinity at Baylor University’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary, graduating in May 2026.
Before joining the LEAD LLC, Trevor served as the Interim Residence Hall Director for North Russell Hall and as a Resident Chaplain in South Russell Hall. Trevor is passionate about leadership development, Christian higher education, and creating environments where students feel welcomed and supported. In his free time, you might find Trevor walking around campus or attending one of Baylor’s many sporting events.
Trevor is excited to be a part of LEAD LLC and looks forward to working closely with Community Leaders and partnering with the Program Director, Faculty-In-Residence, and Resident Chaplain to foster a community of inclusion and belonging for all residents of our halls.
