Student Leadership

At LEAD LLC, we believe in helping students grow as leaders. To this end, our programs are student formed and student focused. There are many opportunities to be a student leader and develop your skills. 

Community Leaders (CLs)

The CLs at Allen and Dawson Residence Halls serve our students by exemplifying the values of Campus Living & Learning. The CLs create community by fostering relationships, mentoring residents, and facilitating learning that is integrated within the community. 

LEAD Executive Council

The LEAD Executive Council is composed of 7-9 returning students. These students focus on program within and outside of Allen and Dawson. These programs allow residents of LEAD LLC to develop academically and spiritually in the context of a caring community.

LEAD Team

All students living in LEAD LLLC after their first year are a member of the LEAD Team. These students assist in creating an engaging community for the residents of Allen and Dawson.
