Student Leadership
At LEAD LLC, we believe in helping students grow as leaders. Our programs are student-formed and student-focused. There are many opportunities to be a student leader and develop your skills.
Community Leaders (CLs)
The CLs at LEAD LLC serve our students by exemplifying the values of Campus Living & Learning. The CLs create community by fostering relationships, mentoring residents, and facilitating learning that is integrated within the community.
LEAD Student Executive Council
The Student Executive Council, composed of committed student leaders, strives to guide their committees in hosting fun and inclusive all-hall programs that foster a sense of belonging and support residents' holistic development while living in LEAD LLC. community.
LEAD Team
LEAD Team is comprised of all of LEAD's student-led committees (solely filled with upper-division residents) that collaborate within their committees to envision and implement impactful programs for any and all residents.
Committees:
- Academic: The Academic Committee hosts engaging programs that support LEAD residents' academic success, professional growth, and effective navigation of campus resources.
- Correspondence: The Correspondence Committee serves as the heartbeat of LEAD LLC’s communication, designing the newsletter, capturing moments through photography, and managing social media to inform, connect, and showcase the uniqueness of our community.
- Fellowship: The Fellowship Committee organizes exciting all-hall traditions and social events—such as Semiformal, Formal & LEAD Awards—to enrich the residential experience and strengthen community bonds.
- Service: The Service Committee inspires a culture of servant leadership by organizing impactful projects and encouraging volunteer work, fostering dedication within and beyond our walls.
- Spiritual: The Spiritual Committee fosters a welcoming environment where LEAD residents can explore faith and engage in meaningful conversations through events rooted in an open yet distinctly Christian setting.
