Mentorship

LEAD provides a unique mentorship opportunity for new students. To aid in the transition to college, every first-year student can choose to be grouped with a returning member of LEAD.

As a returning student, mentors are often plugged in across disciplines, campus, and the Waco community. First-year and transfer students are connected through fun in-hall activities to learn skills for college life and to receive encouragement as they grow and thrive in an accepting and caring small group atmosphere. From the best study spots to searching for a church home, mentors are a valuable resource and relationship in the LEAD LLC!
