Apply to LEAD

Apply to LEAD

Applying to LEAD LLC is simple! First you will need to apply to the University through goBAYLOR, submit your deposit, and be accepted as a student to Baylor.

You will then need to submit your housing application. You can return to the application to make changes using your MyHousing Portal. Completing your Housing Application on or before April 15 allows you to access Roommate Matching and Choose Your Own Room. Students who complete the Housing Application after April 15 will be placed by Campus Living & Learning in late June.

The Housing Application requires you to select your top four preferences of communities in which you would like to live. You will need to list LEAD Living-Learning Community as your first preference. You will also need to complete the short-answer questions in 2-3 sentences telling us why you would like to live in this specific community. If approved, you will be notified in mid-to-late April and may then move forward with the Roommate Matching and Choose Your Own Room processes.

Please note these important dates for the 2026-2027 academic year applications:

  1. March 3, 2026: New First-Year Housing Applications opens
  2. April 1, 2026: New Transfer Housing Application opens
  3. April 15, 2026: Priority Housing Deadline
  4. April 28-May 10, 2026: Choose Your Room

Information for the 2027-2028 academic year applications to come!
