The LEAD LLC Team

To ensure our LLC residents have a transformative experience, our staff and leadership teams work diligently to create an environment that promotes growth and flourishing. Although our community is guided by a professional faculty/staff team, many of the programs, events, and activities in the hall are facilitated by dedicated student leaders. In this way, we very much like to describe our community as "by students, for students."
