Marcy Higginbotham

Marcy, LEAD's Assistant Residence Hall Director (ARHD) comes from Pasadena, TX, where she recently was a high school teacher for four years. During her college experience at Houston Christian University, she was a Resident Assistant, which helped prepare her greatly for this position. Another great work experience to prepare her for the ARHD role at Baylor was within apartment management.

Marcy has a deep care for students - to make them feel seen, valued, and loved - and she uses this in her work in student life daily.
